Who Am I?

I have always stated that my dream job would be to come into an organization, identify the challenges and lead a team to resolve the issues. I was on the lookout for such opportunities without realizing that I've been doing it all my life. Recently, I started seeing my past work experiences as an evolving story and not simply moving from one challenge to another. It changed how I approach my life and my work and made me even more efficient. I realized that we create our own opportunities everyday.

One of the traits that makes me successful is that I build a network of strong individuals and help empower them. I always say that we grow as a team, not by ourselves. So now that I have discovered why I do the things I do and how to improve the way I work, how do I influence others and help them discover their "WHY"? I do this by having a deep understanding of technology, its business impacts and connecting people in order to help them work together to achieve amazing results.

As a technologist, I have been focused on building a better world. My efforts have been focused on learning new uses for technology; innovate to make a better tomorrow for my kids. I love to share my insights on various platforms and recently, have taken on multiple public speaking engagements, offered college and university training and in my spare time, write content for blogs and newsletters.
